Hourly Rates

• Hourly rates will be $90.00 per hour between the hours of 7:00am to 5:00pm, Monday-Friday. If a job goes over 8 hours in one day, overtime rates may be applied.
• Overtime hourly rates will be $135.00 per hour between the hours of 5:00pm to 7:00am Monday-Friday.
• Emergency calls are $135.00 per hour Monday-Friday. We have a schedule, and when you need service that can't wait, then an emergency call is needed, and the emergency rate will be applied.
• The hourly rate starts when I leave my shop and continues until I return to my shop.
• Fuel charge /vehicle charge is 80 cents per mile.
• Regular travelling and long-distance travelling will include lodging, tolls, and associated costs.
• Sales tax-exempt forms are to be filled out if the customer wants them. Tax tax-exempt form must be filled out entirely and must include the sales tax exemption number or EIN number.
• All CNC machines, programmable drives, and circuit board work, labor rate is $110.00 regular hourly rate.

Payment Policy

• New customers will pay parts either prior to or at the time of service, depending on the amount. Will require payment of the invoice at completion of service, and or at least most of the bill, depending on cost and availability of parts installed.
• Existing customers who have credit approval will be billed net 30 days, unless parts exceed $500.00, then they will need to be paid in full.
• We accept business check payment, credit card payments with 4% fee, and cash payments with 6% discount.

Additional Terms

Payment terms are net 30 days from the date of completion of the job. A late fee will be made of $40 per month and or 2% fee, whichever is greater, if over 30 days. If an invoice remains past due for more than 90 days after the due date, past due invoices will be sent to a collection agency. Where the customer will pay for all costs associated with the collection process, including reasonable attorneys' fees incurred by Ken B Done Mfg. Co. Inc. in the collection of past due invoices. By signing this form, you are guaranteeing us as Ken-B-Done Mfg. Co. Inc., that you will personally pay all the service and installation invoices that you asked us to do for you.

Applicant acknowledges that he or she has read the "Terms and Conditions" set forth above, is familiar with the contents of such provisions, and agrees to the said terms and the application of such provisions. Must be signed by the owner, corporate officer, or agent having authority to bind the application.
