Q. How far are you willing to travel in order to work on our machines.
A. I currently travel to states adjacent to Pennsylvania, but most of my work is in the Lancaster/Lebanon/Berks area.
Q. How long do I have to wait to get scheduled without paying for the Emergency service.
A. I am typically booked a week or two in advance, but it varies quite a bit.
Q. How often do you go out on the road versus machine time in your shop.
A. Usually I am out most days, but not all day.
Q. Do you repair high speed spindle assemblies that use the oil-mist system.
A. Yes, I have worked on those assemblies up to more than 20,000 RPM.
I also test them for vibration in-house before re-installing them.
Q. Do you make any of your own products, or are you strictly repair.
A. I have a number of products that I have developed over the years that I will manufacture for anyone.
Q. What would you consider to be your specialty. Everyone has something they are best at.
A. I specialize in rebuilding and repairing industrial woodworking equipment.
